Isla Francia Hostel - Asuncion

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Asuncion. The beds were super comfortable with curtains, personal light, and socket. The breakfast was amazing with homemade pancakes, fresh coffee, and a variety of delicious foods. The hostel had a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious common room. I also enjoyed spending time on the lovely terrace. The staff, especially Sergio, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Asuncion.

I recently stayed at a charming hostel in Asuncion called Isla Francia. My husband and I were delighted with our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even better. The hostel had a homely atmosphere and the hosts made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade crepes. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hostel and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance of bars and El Centro. Isla Francia is a highly recommended place to stay in Asuncion.

The breakfast was delicious with homemade pancakes and fresh fruits. The common areas were spacious and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. We also enjoyed the company of the adorable little cat. The manager, Sergio, and the volunteers were friendly and helpful. we would definitely recommend this hostel for a great stay in Asuncion.

We got great value for our money at Isla Francia. The room was comfortable and we loved the lovely communal areas like the garden and pool.

The morning meal could be improved by providing a smoother blanket for added comfort.

Incredible value for money, central location, staff that is beyond helpful and chill. 70s camping style vibe, AC, hot water shower, mosquito repellent provided. Tasty breakfast with fresh crepes, good coffee, and fruit. Homey feeling, warm welcome, amazing people, lovely garden and pool, well-equipped kitchen. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

The hostel was very clean and had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was also convenient, as it was in the city center and close to attractions. Isla Francia surpassed all my expectations. the owners were so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt at home. They provided great advice and assistance with any travel issues I had. the hostel has all the amenities you could ever need, including comfortable beds, a swimming pool, and a beautiful garden. the atmosphere was perfect for socializing with other guests, and I even got to celebrate a guest's birthday with a barbecue. the cleanliness and location of the hostel were also top, notch. And I must mention the delicious pancakes they served for breakfast , a definite must, try!

It was so convenient to be able to walk to everything. Another great aspect was the comfortable beds and the fact that the rooms had air conditioning. It made our romantic escape much more enjoyable and relaxing.

We were constantly being bitten and there didn't seem to be any preventive measures in place.

During my Xmas vacation, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and sights in the city. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, with a variety of options to choose from.

the neighborhood around the hotel was not as lively on weekends, which limited the nearby activities and entertainment options. some of the blankets provided in the room were a bit uncomfortable and could have been softer for a more cozy and relaxing experience.

I had an very nice stay at a beautiful hostel with fantastic hosts. The owner were really good too help me when I missed my flight, organizing flight transfers and ensuring I made it to the airport on time. The hostel's garden with a swimming pool and hammock was the perfect place to relax in the Asuncion heat. The hosts also made delicious French crepes for breakfast. I highly recommend this wonderful hostel.
